Loma Linda (or, more precisely, the work to be done at the Sanitarium there and the "College of Medical Evangelists") was the Lord's answer to the failure of Kellogg and his sadly defective version of "medical missionary work." I knew that much back in the 1980s, when I was writing Hindsight.

Over the years since, the importance of the work begun there has continued to impress me. That work has never been perfect, but the need to minister in practical ways to the health of the people has never gone away. Loma Linda has trained thousands, at least some of whom have done great things as missionaries, as well as medical workers.

I will never go to the trouble of putting every detail of importance to this topic on this website, but here are a few items of unique significance.
